Lynda:  They published the short list before the
closing date?
Colin:  It's unofficial. It's inside information.
Lynda, I can almost taste that computer - in megabytes!
Lynda:  We haven’t got it yet, Colin. 
Colin:  Maybe not. But this is the clincher!
Lynda:  (reads the paper) "The Early Life of
Sarah Jackson". You’re sending them *this*?
Colin:  I'm going for the sympathy angle. 
Lynda:  "Alcoholic parents". "No
formal education". "…only recently learned English". Colin, no!
Colin:  Okay, I'll tone it down a bit. But if we lose
because we're playing fair, then you're going to feel really guilty!
