Spike:  Shall we dance?

Lynda:  What?

Spike:  Well, you can’t fight when you’re like this.It’s too tactile. Too close.

Lynda:  But there’s no music.

Spike:  Hey, in a classy joint like this you move tothe atmosphere. 


 
They begin to dance closely.


 
Spike:  Hey, do you remember when we used to dancelike this all the time? Personally - I don’t.

Lynda:  Must have been two other people. 

Spike:  It was.

Lynda:  You know, you do this kind of dancing ratherwell.

Spike:  That’sbecause when I was a kid and the circus came to town, I ran away with someballroom dancers by mistake. Hey, you can laugh but you learn some pretty meanstuff with a number pinned to your back!
