I'd certainly agree that it's the funniest laugh-out-loud scene, but I'd
offer a few others for favourite ever moments:

Jasper Street when grown-up Lynda realises grown-up Kenny is following
her to Mrs Williams' house.

Spike/Lynda newsroom scene right at the end of The Big Finish as the
credits are about to roll.

The Irish Girl's appearance at the end of Chance is a Fine Thing.
