Most of my favourites are from S2:
In the Week and Pizza, when Lynda asks Colin how much money they took in since the last edition (Some....Some and a bit.... -ish...) - this is still being used as a family tag line.
In Breakfast at Czar's the Spike & Lynda shrewd exchanges are for me the most classic moments in the enitre series.
