[pressgang] Dex's dark days

I remember Steven Moffat talking at the Liverpool convention about this -
Spike and Lynda are supposed to have a sexual relationship much earlier
than my pre-teen mind considered. Apparently it's supposed to be during
"Something Terrible" - he wanted to contrast a healthy sexual relationship
with an unhealthy one. Interesting, even if it went completely over my head.
