David:  I don't thinkof it as blackmail. Look, I love working on the Gazette. I think it's the bestthing about this town. I just want to be a part of it.

Lynda:  You are a partof it!

David:  A real part ofit. 

Lynda:  So if youcan't be a "real" part of it, you'll destroy it. Right?

David:  It's got me onthe writing team, hasn't it? Hasn't it?

Lynda:  Have I got achoice? Yeah. It's got you on the writing team. 

David:  Hey great,that's great! Hey listen, I've got some ideas that you're gonna love. I can'twait to tell you about them.

Lynda:  Try. I've gotto get some lunch. 

David:  Well tomorrowat the newsroom then?

Lynda:  (irritably)Tomorrow is cancelled!

David:  Well,whenever. Look, you're not gonna regret this. I'll leave you to it then. Seeyou Tuesday. Oh no, I forgot – there isn't going to be a Tuesday!
