[pressgang] Press Gang Programme Guide Question

I was looking to get a copy of the Press Gang Programme Guide just before
christmas but the email address for the publisher is undeliverable.

I was wondering if anyone who has a copy could share any rarer PG facts
from it.

On the advert for it we are asked "How Many Deaths Were There?" curious as
to what the official answer is?

If its people who died during an episode then my answer would be 4 i.e
David Jefford, Donald Cooper, James Thomson Sr (Spike's Dad) and Gary aka
what's his face in TAC - I choose to believe Lynda survives the fire in
TAC.  Or do they count Julie's gold fish in Windfall as one of the deaths?
Or Michael Elliot from HTMAK (then again he died before PG started)?

Wish I could download a digital copy of the Programme Guide.
