Spike: Chrissie seems to think I am.  

Lynda: You're not. Want a reason?

Spike: Yeah.

Lynda: Give me your hand.

Spike: Lynda, this is so sudden.

Lynda: Your hand! 

Spike: (holds up his right hand)There's plenty more where that came from!

Lynda: The other one.

Spike: See!

 

She turns it. There's a name and anumber written on the palm. 

 

Spike:  Hey, is that what they call handwriting? 

Lynda: Girl's name, girl's phone number. The one you were talking to outside?

Spike: Hey, do you think *I* wrote that?

Lynda: Spike, when you're asking me out, make the effort. Wash off the phonenumbers first.

Spike:  Idid. I just forgot that one.

Lynda: You are disgusting! (walks away)
