Tiddler:  I'm really nervous. Shesounded really awful on the phone.

Spike:  Relax, old ladies eat outof my hand. It's embarrassing, really.  Ihave to fight them off in the street.

 

The door is opened by an old lady. 

 

Spike:  Ah, hi. Virginia Hume…?We're from the Junior Gazette.

Tiddler:  We phoned you last weekbut I think we were cut off.

Hume:  You weren’t cut off. I putthe phone down on you. 

 

She closes the door in their faces.

 

Tiddler: Eat out of your hands, do they?

Spike:  Yeah, well it works betterwith sugar lumps.
