Archie:  Tell mewhat you know about the bomb. I'm interested. 

Sarah:  Well…Only whatthe police told me. 

Archie:  And what didthe police know?

Sarah:  Well,apparently the manager of the restaurant – the one that got bombed – isinvolved in a lot of, well,  borderlinelegal activities shall we say. Seems like he got on the wrong side of the wrongguy. 

Archie:  Seems like. 

Sarah:  One funnything though. The manager received a warning phone call. That usually meansthat whoever planted the bomb is usually more interested in property damagethan in blowing up people. But the call came too late to get anyone. This isterrible, I'm supposed to be interviewing you. 

Archie:  Maybe thebomber and the guy who made the call just didn't get their acts together. 

Sarah:  Now that'sinteresting. 

Archie:  What is?

Sarah:  The policethought that the bomber and the caller would be different people too. That wouldnever have occurred to me. They said that whoever planted the bomb wouldn'trisk calling themselves in case their voice was recognised or the call wastaped or whatever. They paid someone on the outside to make the call. Someonewho was unlikely, someone who couldn't lead anyone back to them.
