He glances at Zoe, then helooks at Lynda. They look down at their entwined hands. He holds on to her handa for a long moment, then slowly lets go of it. 

 

Zoe:  (happily) Spike... 

 

She hugs him. Spike and Lyndabriefly lock eyes, then she walks out and goes to Spike's desk. Lynda opens thetop drawer and takes out a small book. She throws it to Spike. 

 

Spike:  My Junior Gazette Rule Book?

Lynda:  (quietly) There is no such thing.

 

He opens it to find thepassport inside. He raises his head and looks at Lynda in acknowledgement. Shestares back at him somberly.
