[pressgang] A Night In reaction (plus shorter one for Deadline)

Good morning Katta,

I just watched your reaction video for A NIGHT IN. I really enjoyed it, as
always. It also gives me a second chance
to watch the episode.

You pointed out a couple of things that I'd never noticed before. Namely,
Spike's USA trainers (or plimsolls?)
and the ping earrings worn by Tiddler.

The toilet that they change the door sign depending on
whether a boy or a girl is using it, is actually quite on trend now. I
often see toilets in
museums and some theatres in London which have what I think are called
Unisex toilets,
though that may not be the correct term. I personally find them really
awkward and
uncomfortable to use, but I'm an old fashioned chap who needs to adapt and
move with the times.

The scene where Colin headbuts the wall. Ouch! He really does seem to make
contact with the wall.
I did wonder though if the Ping, which is now over his forehead, is being
used to cushion the blow.
I do hope so, as making an actor bang their head against a wall is big no
no, for obvious reasons.

The line where Spike says he is about to strip off, gets a brilliant
response from Lynda who says
"We're not looking!", as if nobody would be interested (least of all her)
in seeing Spike in his underwear.
She says it with such venom, that I almost believed she meant it. She
probably did actually. She's like that.
