Colin:  I hear you're interested in buying theproperty. I warn you now - it's small.

Fahid:  But very lovely, I hear. I believe you usedto live there yourself?

Colin:  Hey, I grew up in the place. (pulls out a map)It's called Britain.

Fahid:  Ah, don't like the bit at the top much.

Colin:  Well, that will grow on you.

Fahid:  And it seems a bit wide here.

Colin:  We can take it in a bit of Wales.

Fahid:  I understand you only recently purchased thecountry yourself?

Colin:  It's getting so I daren't flick through anatlas! (laughs) Would you like to see some aerial photographs?

Fahid:  I'd love to! Have you got rid of all theinhabitants?

Colin:  Yeah, they've all been given eviction noticesand a rowing boat.
