[pressgang] List Problems now hopefully fixed!

Hi Katie, Laura, and everyone else!

So neither of those options worked for everyone so I've switched the
list back to putting the individual sender's actual name in the from
line.  I hope this won't compromise deliverability and works best for
everyone.
