Dear all,

I just watched the final episode of Press Gang, 'There Are Crocodiles', for
the first time in many years. I loved every second of it.

I rarely watch the show these days, but every now and then I get the urge
to watch an episode. Often years go by, and I don't watch a single episode.
Though I still love the show with a passion.

I enjoyed watching the final episode tonight. I watched it via YouTube as
my DVDs
are all buried in a box, and not easily accessible.

Considering it was made in 1993, it looked very fresh somehow.

I enjoy the fact that Frazz gets so much dialogue in the final episode.
Mmoloki Chrystie doesn't appear to have continued as an actor, but he
really nails every line in this episode. One thing that stood out for me is
his crazy haircut. Back in 1993, that hairstyle looked even crazier than it
does now. Now it's a fairly common hairstyle that
many men have adopted. It looks absolutely terrible on most men, in my
opinion.
It's one of those mass delusions that I can't explain. Back in 1993, that
hairstyle was
very unusual. I used to notice it on some teenagers and thought it looked
awful. Frazz/Mmoloki somehow makes it work!

Bizarrely, the Frazz haircut is going to get a big boost tomorrow when the
hotly anticipated TV drama HALF MAN, by Richard Gadd gets released. The
lead character, played by Richard Gadd, is sporting the Frazz haircut!

There has been much discussion over the years whether Lynda is dead at the
end and Spike is just dreaming. I'd prefer not to know either way. The
ambiguous ending works brilliantly.

If any of you have watched a PG episode very recently - which one did you
watch?
