Kenny:Gordon Coles is also a property developer, who always seems to get his planning commission granted rather easily.

Kerr:Lucky bloke!

Kenny:He got a friend on the council called Eric Folkestone, who just so it happens to be in charge of granting planning commission. Come on, that's so lucky there ought to be a law. Which, need I remind you, there is.

Kerr:If you can prove these two are working together in any way, that’s major criminal activity. And that’s a big story.

Kenny:Was that all you were going to tell Lynda? I think she thought you were gonna warn her off.

Kerr:I am! If you've got anything less than complete proof.

Kenny:Meaning?

Kerr:Those guys are heavy-weights. They've already complained you're hassling them - to Campbell. Your

owner. And if Lynda just puts one foot wrong… Well, you better get used to sitting in that chair.
