Spike:(exhales) Now. According to Tweedle-Dum at the restaurant, Tweedle-Dee is working late tonight. We know he's gonna phone at eight sharp, so he'll still be here now. Hopefully alone.

Lynda:I've really missed you.

Spike:I'll get him out of the office, keep him out as long as I can. You get in there, find the answer machine, steal the tape.

Lynda:You know how to do all this stuff, I haven't a clue. I need you.

Spike:You need who? Me or any good reporter who is roughly as pretty.

Lynda:Oh Spike, I love you at a personal level too.

Spike:(disbelieving) What?

Lynda:Sincerely.

Spike:You love me at a personal level sincerely? Now I know who sent me that Valentine!
