He tries to grab it. The other boy, Eddie, takes hold of the other end.

Boy: I've got two stories!
Eddie: Not on my machine!
Kenny: Look, can I give you both a tip here? Typewriters? Don't get involved with them. They'll just use you till you're dry and then they'll throw you to one side. They don't care - not typewriters! Not your portables, not your electrics, not your standard desktop manuals, none of them. I mean have you ever seen a typewriter cry? No! And why not? Because they're hard, guys! They're hard all the way through. It's a fact that thirteen major world conflicts have been started by typewriters alone!
