Zoe:  Good.


 
She smiles and squeezes his armlightly. Spike stares into space, looking thoughtful.

 

Cut to the newsroom. Lynda sitsdown in her chair.


 
Lynda:  (smiling brightly) Morning,Kenny!

Kenny:  Morning, boss. You seem very cheery today.

Lynda:  Maybe it's because I'm ending one chapter ofmy life and starting a whole new one. Full of excitements and new challenges.

Kenny:  Lynda, you know that tape Sarah told meabout? The one where Spike calls Zoe a bimbo, and says you're terrific. I'dlove to hear it sometime.

Lynda:  You know what, Kenny? I think I may havemisplaced it somewhere.

Cut to inside the airplane. Thetape is rolling in Zoe's Walkman. She listens to it for a moment, then sheslowly turns her head to look at the sleeping Spike.They smile at each other.
